This page is the starting point for creating your professional website within a shared web platform for FGNA Members.


The intake form below helps us gather the information needed to build or activate your site smoothly, accurately, and in alignment with your practice.

Set-up Form

This form is used to:


  • Create or activate your individual website
  • Connect your domain to the shared platform
  • Set up pages, content, and basic structure
  • Ensure your site reflects your practice clearly and professionally


Each site is built as an independent website, while benefiting from shared infrastructure behind the scenes.

What to Expect After You Submit

Once your intake is received:


  • We review your information
  • We confirm any missing details (if needed)
  • Your website is built or activated within the platform
  • You receive next steps and timeline confirmation



Most sites move into build or setup shortly after intake completion.


A Note on Design & Structure

Websites are created using a professional template framework that supports clarity, accessibility, and ease of use.


Personalization is included within this structure, allowing your site to reflect:



  • your voice
  • your offerings
  • your professional presence


This approach keeps the system efficient while maintaining quality and consistency.

Domain Information

Domain registration is handled separately from website setup.


  • If you already own a domain, it can be forwarded to your new site
  • If you do not yet have a domain, support is available to assist with purchase and setup


When a visitor enters your custom domain, it will automatically forward to your personalized page on fgnamembers.com (for example: fgnamembers.com/yourname). The browser URL will reflect the platform address once redirected. (Does not apply to self service sites).

Step 1 - Choose Your Website Type

1 Page Website

A one-page website (also called a landing page) is a professionally designed single page that presents the essential information about your practice in one seamless scroll. Visitors can easily discover who you are, what the Feldenkrais® Method is, the services you offer, and how to book a session — all in one place.


This format creates a smooth, intuitive experience that makes it easy for people to connect with your work. It’s a simple and elegant way for members to establish a clear and welcoming online presence.

3-5 Page Website

A 3–5 page website creates a spacious and welcoming online presence for your practice. With dedicated pages such as About, Services, Classes or Workshops, and Contact, visitors can easily explore your offerings and learn more about your work.


This format provides the opportunity to share your story, highlight the Feldenkrais® Method, and present additional services or programs in a clear and professional way. It’s a beautiful choice for practitioners who wish to express the full range of their work and support visitors in discovering how they can work with you.

Self-Service Website

A self-service website provides full access to build and shape your site within the Duda platform. You can explore a wide range of professional templates — including AI-generated designs — and select what feels most aligned with your practice.


This format provides creative freedom and flexibility, allowing you to design and expand your website in a way that reflects your unique work. As you create your site, you will also receive (2) 60-minute support sessions that provide guidance, clarity, and collaborative design support, helping you confidently bring your vision to life.

Once your sign up form is complete, click the “Schedule Appointment” button to open the calendar and select a time. Please choose a date that is at least 48 hours after submitting your form so we can review your information in advance.

Step 3 - Schedule a Consultation

Services Included

Each website includes an integrated booking calendar so clients can easily schedule sessions online. We also connect Stripe as the point-of-sale system, allowing FGNA members to securely accept payments for lessons, classes, or consultations directly through their website. This creates a simple, streamlined experience for both the member and their clients—from booking to payment—all in one place.


If you prefer a different PPS (payment process system), we will assist in connecting it to your website.

Booking Calendar

We will guide you through setting up your TidyCal account step-by-step. During our consultation, we’ll open the account together, connect your calendar, configure your session types, and ensure everything is aligned with your practice. You’ll leave the session with a fully functioning booking system and the confidence to manage it moving forward.

Payment Processing

Our platform integrates seamlessly with Stripe for secure, streamlined payment processing. Stripe supports a wide variety of payment methods — including cards and installment plans — giving your clients flexibility. If you prefer to use a different processor, you are welcome to do so. Members who maintain an external payment system will manage their own processing and related costs.
